The commissioning of the Civil Defense HQ took place in Iresa-Adu. Guests were dignitaries from Oyo State Commander Dr Adaralewa Michael Akintayo, Iresa-Adu Area Commander, Obas (kings) from surrounding town, High chiefs, CAN, Chief Imam of Iresa-Adu, elders or the town, royal families and youths of Iresa-Adu. After the Oyo State commander expressed the HQ urgent needs required to make the center operational, Prince Adebayo donated ₦1,000,000:00 on behalf himself and Iresa Royal Foundation - see link above for video (on Facebook). The ₦1million was transferred to a select-committee which included of Iresa-Adu elders, royals families and the Iresa-Adu Civil Defense Area Commander Mr Adeife.

With the approval of all relevant authorities within the community, we distributed food to the most vulnerable in our community: the old and widows (male and female of all ages), over 300 people.
